# Discover

> Search the AdoraCommunity catalog, open a listing, and adopt a snapshot into your library.

**Discover** is the catalog. Filter listed hymns, service orders, playlists, and slide decks, then open a card to read the license, preview, and publisher (always the church profile, never a person). Listings that used to live in Coordinator Community were copied here when they had a known license class.

## Quick Start

1. Open **Community** → **Discover**.
2. Filter by kind, language, or a circle you belong to, then open a card.
3. Read the license warning. **Adopt into our library** copies a snapshot into the matching library. Updates never apply automatically.

## How-to Guide

### Adopt a listing

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the publication">
    From **Discover**, choose a card. The byline is the church public name (a generated pseudonym unless that church opted in to its real name).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm the license">
    Tick the acknowledgement. Adora does not certify that your church is licensed to project or copy the work — your church is responsible for its own CCLI or other rights.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Adopt">
    **Adopt into our library** copies the snapshot. Hymns land in the hymn library, service orders in Programs, playlists in Playlists, and slide decks in Slide decks. If the publisher later shares a new version, you are notified. Your copy is not overwritten.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Tip>
  You cannot adopt your own church’s publication. Delisting or a take-down does not remove copies other churches already adopted. Use **Report this listing** if a license or snapshot looks wrong.
