AdoraCommunity is a library of worship artifacts other churches have published — hymns, playlists, service orders, and slide decks. It is not a social network: there is no personal profile, no feed to scroll, and no person-to-person chat.

Quick Start

  1. Open Community in the product switcher. AdoraCommunity is included with every plan; the platform may still be rolling it out.
  2. Read the catalog intro on Home.
  3. Open Discover to browse and adopt listings, Published to share from your library, Adopted for items already copied, Circles for trusted networks, or Identity to review how your church appears.

How-to Guide

What you will see today

Hymn, service-order, playlist, and slide-deck publish and adopt are live. Circles are trusted church networks — create, invite, and publish so a listing stays inside the group.
Coordinator Hymns → Community and Share to Community now open AdoraCommunity. Former Coordinator listings with a known license class appear in Discover.

Publish

An admin must set Identity first. Then staff open PublishedPublish, pick a kind, pick a local item, choose a license class (public domain, CCLI, original work, or permission granted), and tick the attestation. Service-order song slots become titles and CCLI numbers (team and song IDs are stripped). Republishing creates a new version; churches that already adopted keep their copy.

Adopt

From Discover, open a listing, confirm the license warning, and Adopt into our library. Adopted lists those copies. Open program templates starts a new program on the Templates tab so you can use the copy. A newer publisher version shows Update available — it never overwrites your copy.
